Dubbo’s Disc Golf course is located at Sandy Beach Park.
The course was installed in partnership with Western Plains Regional Council and DUFF, the local ultimate group.
DubboCouncil worked with NSW Disc Golf to install this course.
The course is open 24 hours a day and locals are working on running regular events at the park.
Nice mix of open and technical among mature trees Tournament 18 hole is awesome with river crossings and huge elevation Toilet and bubblers Rated 3.8 public, 4.5 tournamentCons
Turf tees Some mixed use areas (tourney)
A fun local course when set up for public play requiring a variety of big and technical throws. This course really shines when configured for tournament play with river crossing and amazing elevation coming into play.Cons
Natural tees, parking limited on weekends due to soccer. Occasionally conflicts with park run activities.
Great park, have only played the expanded layout but the park speaks for itself. Tournament layout is a 4.5, with the beach and river brought in.Cons
Baskets are hard to spot at times, and finding tees can be hard the first time out.
